In addition to the $1.1 billion Our Community. Our Future. Our Homes. program, $432.3 million is being invested in land servicing and headworks to increase the serviced lots and related infrastructure to support new houses.
Work includes subdivisions, headworks, and establishing electrical, water and sewerage infrastructure to create new residential housing lots.
