Construction of the first HomeBuild NT homes is set to begin soon.
Tender for four new homes in Gunbalanya closed on 19 February, while the tender for Angurugu closed on 26 February, where three homes will be built.
It is expected that contracts for works in both communities will be awarded in March, with works commencing in April.
Maningrida is next in line, with the tender for the construction of three homes closing on 22 March.
